Jordan Taylor's five threes not enough

March 23, 2012

Wisconsin guard Jordan Taylor had 17 points, including five three-pointers, but he missed a three with three seconds left that would have given the Badgers the win. He added four rebounds and six assists.

Fantasy Impact:

Taylor's four-year career ends with his team down one point and he took a wild three. That was somehow fitting. The Orange's 2-3 zone bedeviled the Badgers and Wisconsin often had to use the entire 35-second clock. They did hit 51.9% of their threes, but couldn't come through near the basket. Taylor's scoring and shooting fell off as a senior.
