Virginia Tech forward Allan Chaney may miss the entire 2010-2011 season while recovering from a rare heart virus.
Chaney sat out last season while transferring from Florida, and it doensn't appear as though he will be cleared to practice until December at the earliest. The Hokies don't have much front court depth behind Jeff Allen; maybe Cadarian Raines can step up?
