USC guard Maurice Jones had 16 points, five rebounds and five assists as the Trojans beat Utah for their first conference win. He shot 7-for-15 from the floor.
Jones has had an awful year shooting the ball (35%) but the Trojans don't have any other options. He played 40 minutes and it was the seventh time this season he never came off the court. He is second in the nation at 38.3 minutes per game and he should continue to post decent stats if your league ignores shooting percentages. Garrett Jackson added a career-high 16 points.
