What do you think?

Question

Just wanted to see what you thought about my team. The format of my league to help you out is that you play an opponent head to head for a week in five catgeys (pts, reb, asts, stls, and blks). starting lineup of 6 (2-Gs, 2-Fs, 1-C, and 1-UTL) get double points throughout the week. With that said here is my squad...Guards--Brock Young, Cory Higgins, Kyle Gibson, Kelvin Lewis, Erving Walker. Forwards--Elijah Millsap, JaMychal Green, Dior Lowhorn, DJ Kennedy Centers--Luke Babbit, Arnett Moultrie, Ekpe Udoh, &-amp- Terrence Jennings. I know I love the small conference players but I think that I can score with anybody in the league, might be weak with boards and blocks. Thoughts?

Answer

Hi Rick,

I like going for the smaller conference players as well. It makes me feel smart. In your case, I think you've assembled a sweet team, especially in the frontcourt. My guess is the strength of your team will be your forwards and centers JaMychal Green, Dior Lowhorn, Luke Babbitt (he's a center?), and Arnett Moultrie piling up points and rebounds. Brock Young might be a bit of a one-category wonder, but I think if you don't play him you are going to give up assists. Ekpe Udoh and Terrence Jennings should keep you competitive in blocks, if you can find room in your lineup for them. I might trade one of your shooting guards - either Kyle Gibson or Kelvin Lewis - for another point, but you have a very competitive team.
