Michigan freshman Trey Burke scored 19 points, had six rebounds, and dished out four assists in a 67-55 overtime win at Northwestern. Burke was the only Wolverine player to stay on the court for the entire 45 minutes.
Burke is in contention for Big Ten Freshman of the Year, in competition with Indiana's Cody Zeller. Burke's freshman year statistical averages are 14.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 4.8 assists, while shooting 42.8 percent from the field.
