Washington freshman guard Tony Wroten Jr had a career-high 29 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and a steal in the loss to Oregon State in the Pac 12 tournament. He shot 9-for-15 from the foul line.
Wroten missed four free throws in final 18 seconds that sealed the loss for the Huskies. He had made seven consecutive freebies before that but his failure to hit from the charity stripe has been an issue all season. He attempted 7.6 free throws a game and only made 58% of them. C.J. Wilcox added 16 points while Terrence Ross netted 15 points. Washington now awaits their fate on Selection Sunday.
