Nebraska forward Brandon Ubel scored 13 points in a 62-34 loss at Michigan State on Saturday. Ubel shot 6-for-9 in the game and was the only Cornhusker to score greater than six points in the blowout loss.
Ubel is Nebraska's only inside force with the loss of Jorge Brian Diaz for the season. This was Ubel's first double figure scoring game in his Big Ten career, with the last time coming on December 20th against Central Michigan.
