Purdue center JaJuan Johnson scored 25 points and pulled in 14 rebounds in a 94-76 loss to VCU. Johnson shot 11-for-20 and also rejected three VCU shots.
Johnson ends a spectacular season and career at Purdue with this loss. Purdue was hoping to make a Final Four run this year so this was a rather disappointing outcome for them. Johnson was the Big Ten Player of the Year this season.
