Penn State guard Tim Frazier scored 21 points, grabbed four rebounds, and had seven assists in a 52-46 loss to Wisconsin. Frazier played 39 minutes in the loss and only shot 8-for-22 from the field.
Frazier is the heart and soul of the Nittany Lions, averaging 18.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 6.3 assists. Despite this, Penn State only has two conference wins and sits at the bottom of the Big Ten standings.
