Oklahoma State freshman guard Brian Williams scored a career-high 22 points to help the Cowboys beat Missouri. He was 6-for-11 from the field and 10-for-12 from the line.

Williams did not play much in the first six weeks of the season, but has become a started since J.P. Olukemi went down. He had not scored more than 16 points. He is reasonably good at getting to the line and making his free throws (72.9%).
