Virginia Commonwealth senior Bradford Burgess scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the Rams road win over Delaware.
Burgess, the Rams lone returning starter from its Final Four squad, still managed to put some points on the board by getting to the foul line. Despite shooting only 4-for-14 from the field, Burgess managed to go seven-of-eight from the free throw line. Burgess has struggled shooting of late, even going 1-for-15 in a conference loss to Georgia State. Yet he is still averaging 14.2 points this year to lead the Rams.
