Texas A&M freshman guard Jamal Branch is leaving the team. Coach Billy Kennedy said that highly touted recruit will transfer to another school. He had averaged 4.2 points and 2.5 assists in 18.6 minutes.
Branch, an Arlington, Texas native, will be a player to watch wherever he lands. For the Aggies, Dash Harris will see a few more minutes and he will be backed up by combo guard Elston Turner.
