Guard Crandall Head has decided to transfer from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, midway through his sophomore season. Head is the younger brother of former Fighting Illini star, Luther Head.
Head only scored nine points in his nine appearances this season. This comes after a freshman season in which he played in 17 games. Head is an athletic player who is solid defensively, but his offensive game never blossomed in Champaign.
