Cal guard Jorge Gutierrez had seven points, seven rebounds and a season-high 10 assists in the win over Jackson State.
Gutierrez was looking at a possible triple-double but sat out the final 7:25 of the game. He hasn't improved on his numbers from last season but he is still one of the better producers out West. He is averaging 12.9 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.9 assists while shooting a career-high 49.5% from the field. Allen Crabbe had 17 points, five rebounds and three assists in 27 minutes.
