LSU freshman guard Anthony Hickey had 11 points, four rebounds, five assists, and three steals as the Tigers blew out Boise State for their third straight win. Hickey did miss three free throws and all three of his three-point attempts.
Hickey has been struggling from the perimeter and has missed his last 12 three-point attempts over the last three games. He had only scored a combined nine points in his previous two games, but is leading the team with 4.2 assists. He appears to be the freshman to own on the Tigers, although Johnny O'Bryant is now starting and provided ten points and seven rebounds against the Broncos.
