Florida State freshman forward Antwan Space injured his foot in the early minutes of an exhibition game against Indiana (Pa.) and will be out an undisclosed time following surgery.
Space, a four star recruit, had the fifth metatarsal bone in his left foot repaired, and no definitive timetable was given for his return. Assuming he is out a month or longer, his development will be severely hindered, making an impact this season doubtful.
