Clemson freshman guard T.J. Sapp has impressed head coach Brad Brownell and should begin the year in the starting lineup.
Brownell says there are minutes available thanks to the departure of Demontez Stitt. Sapp started the Tigers' exhibition game against Queens, but labored to a 2-of-7 shooting performance in 26 minutes. Better days should be ahead and we always take note of rookies who start from the getgo.
