CBS Sports is reporting that Dave Rice will be hired to coach UNLV. Rice was an assistant at BYU last year and spent 11 years at UNLV as an assistant.
UNLV has been to the NCAA tournament in four of the last five years under Lon Kruger, who left to coach Oklahoma. Rice should have Chace Stanback, Quintrell Thomas, and Canadian recruit Grandy Glaze on his roster.
