VCU forward Jamie Skeen scored 27 points, including three three-pointers, and grabbed six rebounds as the Rams lost to Butler. Skeen was able to maneuver on the interior and was 10-for-17 from the field.
For the most of the game, Skeen looked like the best player on the court. He took a hit on his elbow and wore a rap in the second half, but the 6-foot-9 senior may have played his way onto NBA radar.
