Georgetown guard Jason Clark led the way with 23 points and eight rebounds in their 79-62 loss to Connecticut in the Big East Championship. Austin Freeman added 20 and Hollis Thompson 10 as the Hoyas fell for the fifth time in their last six games.
Georgetown got just five points from their bench, and when also considering the fact that Julian Vaughn is 1-for-18 from the field in the last four games (all losses) the loss of Chris Wright becomes all the tougher to navigate.
