Louisville guard Preston Knowles posted a double-double on Senior Night, accounting for 20 points, ten rebounds and five assists in the Cardinals' 87-60 win over Providence on Wednesday. Kyle Kuric led the Cardinals with 25 points to go along with nine rebounds and three steals, and Chris Smith added 12 points, six rebounds and four assists.
Knowles hasn't been mentioned much in Big East Player of the Year conversation due to his numbers in relation to some of the other candidates, but his leadership has been critical for a team expected to fight on the bubble for much of the season.
