Forward Yancy Gates led Cincinnati with 14 points and eight rebounds in a 67-59 loss to Connecticut on Sunday. Also reaching double figures for the Bearcats were Rashad Bishop and Sean Kilpatrick, who scored 11 points apiece.
Gates has played well since his benching (and being booed by the home crowd) a couple weeks ago. And it's tough to see Cashmere Wright consistently putting up 0-for-5 showings from the field down the stretch.
