Point guard Chris Wright scored a game-high 26 points to make up for an off night from Austin Freeman in the Hoyas' 61-55 win over USF. Freeman shot 2-10 form the field to score just four points but he did grab eight rebounds. Jason Clark added 10 points.
Wright was the player people were trying to figure out early in Big East play but the senior has played well in recent weeks. He also accounted for four assists and three rebounds on Saturday night.
