Senior guard Ben Hansbrough led Notre Dame with 19 points while also grabbing seven rebounds in a 72-58 loss at West Virginia on Saturday. Carleton Scott added a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds, and Tyrone Nash scored 10 points for the Irish.
Hansbrough is clearly the focal point of the offense, but Notre Dame needs more from Tim Abromaitis and Scott Martin as the season rolls on. Those two combined to score 18 points, shooting 6-for-20 from the field.
