Charlotte forward Shamari Spears has been dismissed from the team. Spears was averaging 17.2 points and had been suspended for the last four games.
It looks like the former BC Eagle's college career is done. The 49ers will rely on guard Derrio Green and sophomore forward Chris Braswell to make up the difference.
