Drew Gordon will undergo surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee. He has to sit out the first semester, so he is not expected to miss any games.
Perhaps this will allow Gordon to concentrate on his studies at New Mexico. He transferred from UCLA last year and is expected to have a major impact on the Lobos once he is eligible in December.
