New Mexico guard Dairese Gary scored 20 points in a quarterfinal win over Air Force. He was 14 of 15 from the line.
Gary went to the free throw lines at least 10 times in nine games this season and the Lobos were 9-1 in those contests. Granted, they have only lost three games this season, but they are better when Gary is attacking the basket.
