Washington State guard Klay Thompson scored 20 points and hit six three-pointers in the Cougars OT loss to Oregon. He shot 6 for 13 from the field.
Thompson hit two back-to-back threes to bring the Cougars to within three points with 5:37 left in regulation. He had trouble getting open the rest of the way as he only attempted one shot for the rest game. Thompson should be the favorite to lead the Pac 10 in scoring next year.
