March 10, 2010

Herb Pope was a beast on Tuesday, leading Seton Hall to a 109-106 victory over Providence in the opening round of the Big East Tournament. Pope scored 27 points and pulled down 11 rebounds.

With his effort on Tuesday, Pope notched his third consecutive dub-dub. He was touted as one of the top transfers nationally this season, and for the most part, he delivered. Ideally, his points per game would've been a little higher, but you cant be upset with someone that has averaged 11.8 points, 11.2 rebounds, two assists and two blocks per contest.
