Ibrahima Thomas ripped down 13 boards in an opening round win over Rutgers in the Big East Tournament.
Thomas, who also scored four points, set a season-high for rebounds on Tuesday. Only reaching double digit rebounds for the third time this season, Thomas is not counted on for anything more than being a solid defender inside. Any rebounds or points from him are considered a plus.
