Meet our Team:

Perry Misner - perry@cfhinsider.com
Perry Missner is the lead writer and editor for CFHoopsInsider.com. He entered the fantasy writing industry as the Milwaukee Bucks hometown correspondent for ESPN.com. From there, he moved to Pro Fantasy Sports where he spent three years writing about college basketball and a fourth as a jack-of-all-fantasy-trades Associate Editor (baseball, football ... everything but curling). He currently plays in at least three college basketball leagues (invitations pending), including his own concoction called the Big Chief Challenge. When not beating the drum for fantasy college hoops, he lives in with his wife and daughter in Lafayette, LA.

Andy Bottoms - andy@cfhinsider.com
Andy was born and raised in Indiana, where college hoops is a religion, so he was a natural fit for CFHInsider.com. He would like to point out that he grew up shooting hoops in his driveway and not against the side of a barn like you see in all the March Madness promos or in the middle of a field like Jimmy Chitwood. Over the years, Andy has provided fantasy football and baseball advice for various websites, including his current stint at RotoExperts.com where his articles have been syndicated on SI.com and Yahoo. He also provided college basketball content for RotoExperts during the 2008-09 season and hosted a weekly college hoops show on BlogTalkRadio.com. When not compiling excuses to miss work during the NCAA Tournament, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and all things sports related. He graduated from IU with a degree in Math, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a bigger Hoosier fan. Andy is glad to see IU basketball back on the rise without program wrecker Kelvin Sampson, and his family has held season tickets for IU football for 25 years, which he believes deserves a medal of honor or some kind of intervention depending on when you ask.

Jeff Borzello - jeff@cfhinsider.com
Member of the CFHinsider.com writing team.

Brian McDonald - brian@cfhinsider.com
Brian is one of the co-founders and the lead editor at CFFInsider.com & CFHinsider.com. He holds an English degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in Education from the University of Detroit-Mercy. His first foray into fantasy sports began with a five-team NFL draft held in his parents’ backyard in 1989, when he shocked everyone and selected Jim Everett first overall, leading to a fifth-place finish. Convinced NFL fantasy mediocrity was too easily attained, Brian ditched the pros and began his illustrious college fantasy football and basketball career in 2005, and he hasn’t looked back. His work has been published USAToday.com, CBSSportsline.com, Rotoworld.com, various NBC affiliates and in Lindy’s magazine. He loves to golf, run, go to minor league baseball games and attend as many college football games as possible. His favorite road venue is Notre Dame, though Blacksburg and Lincoln hold a special place in his heart. Brian and his family reside in Ann Arbor…a mere 64 miles from East Lansing.
Alex Esselink - alex@cfhinsider.com
Alex is one of the co-founders of CFFInsider.com & CFHinsider.com and
has been
an playing college fantasy hoops since 2005. A math geek with an engineering
degree from Michigan State University, he has never found a stat or tailgate he
didn’t like. Despite his grammar optional writing style, his work has appeared
in USAToday.com, CBSSportsline.com, Rotoworld.com and various NBC affiliates.
While his main passion in college football, his focus switches to college hoops
once final gun sounds at the BCS Championship game.

Jim Belanger - jim@cfhinisder.com
Jim is one of the co-founders of CFFInsider.com. As our chief accountant, Jim is often seen collecting empty returnables at the CFFinsider tailgates to pay for server fees. Another stat geek, Jim prefers to use the term
normalize, which no one has ever heard of, instead of just saying the word average. A master at the
haiku and chief contributor to the Ask the Insider forum, Jim once answered 52 ATI questions in one hour. While there are no official stats on such things, we are pretty sure this is a Guinness Book World Record.

Randy Burgess - randy@cfhinsider.com
Randall has long been a go to for tech advise and recently joined the team in early 2009. His first task was to implement the My Insider player trackers and custom scoring system on CFFinsider.com, and he'll adding equally valuable features to CFHinsider.com. Randy hails from Chicago, but is a graduate of the University of Georgia and still a Dawg fan--despite being surrounded by Big 10 stooges. He’s been known to yell “HARD REFRESH” throughout the office at his less tech-savvy cohorts.
